Dashboard Access

View application statistics, call volumes, and other metrics via an interactive online dashboard. Elements can optionally include reporting, animated charts, and graphs, to provide program information upon request. These reports enable clients to monitor and track application usage and statistics on a real-time basis. Enablx provides a suite of standard reports that will meet the call activity needs of most customers. In the event information is needed that is not covered in our base offering, custom reports can be written to your specifications.

External Integration

Utilize Enablx web-service integration to dynamically exchange data on-the-fly. Provide your users immediate access to up-to-date account information, or activate their savings coupon while they are on the phone.

Data may additionally be made available to other systems on a scheduled basis via automated import / export processes. These jobs provide files in customer-specified data layouts including delimited text, Excel, XML, or other file formats.
