Contact / Data Centers
Enablx operates a New Jersey based state-of-the-art multimedia customer contact center providing Level 1 through Level 4 customer service representative support, with Level 4 providing high-level technical support to technicians on-site. Redundant data centers house automated services including Web-based and
Interactive Voice Response (IVR) applications. These facilities support clients who prefer to outsource their customer service functions.
Enablx utilizes our fully-integrated multimedia Customer Transaction Management (CTM) platform to service
call center, chat, email, and automated
IVR applications. This platform provides the Enablx team leading-edge tools and capabilities for running our clients' mission-critical applications.
Carriers
Enablx utilizes the services of AT&T and Verizon to provide inbound toll free and outbound telecommunications. These carriers support 500+ simultaneous calls into the Enablx Service Bureau. Verizon provides a full OC-3 of bandwidth into the Enablx Service Bureau in Randolph, NJ.
Hardware
Enablx CTM platforms are equipped with highly reliable HP Intel-based multi-core servers. Each server is NEBS approved and contains sufficient RAM, RAID drive arrays, redundant power supplies, and other interfaces to support high-availability applications. Hot-swap redundant componenets ensure maximum system uptime.
All hardware can be configured and installed in either the Enablx service bureau in Randolph, NJ or a complete system may be installed at a customer's premise to be integrated within their call center/data center environment. Each system is built and tested at the Enablx facility prior to shipment. All equipment meets industrial-standard qualifications to ensure maximum uptime during the life of each system.
Power
All Enablx data centers are equiped with backup diesel generators in the event of a catastrophic power outage. All servers are further supported by standby UPS systems to ensure uninterrupted power and to provide clean, consistent power delivery. These support all equipment during generator switch-overs.
System Monitoring
Remote management tools are utilized to monitor and remotely control equipment, including performance metrics and resource usage. Enablx Operations personnel are pro-actively notified if warning threshholds or outages are detected.
Backup and Recovery
Scheduled and real-time backups are maintained on a regular basis to redundant on and off-site servers. Documented disaster recovery plans are in place to cover multiple outage scenarios and seamless service rollovers.
Security
Enablx-hosted applications are located in secure data-center environments which incorporate physical access-control measures and user-level access logging. Enablx will work with clients to ensure client-site platform installations are as secure as possible, while maintaining adequate data access protection between sites.
Technologies utilized to manage security include encrypted VPN's, centrally administered anti-virus software, and access control devices such as firewalls. Rigorous patch management, log reviews, and policies are in place to ensure maximum availability of services.
