Enablx develops a variety of automated Interactive Voice Response (IVR) applications, including scheduling systems, tax processing, answering service and card activation.  IVR application services feature flowchart design and scripting consultation, rapid development, testing, and turn-up, back-end database integration, and ongoing monitoring.

Applications can either be hosted by Enablx in our New Jersey data center, or run on an Enablx CTM Platform installed at a customer facility and managed by the Enablx IT team.

Enablx CTM Platform

For those companies who want to host automated customer support applications in their own technology environment, but do not want to incur the capital expense to purchase, develop, and maintain an IVR, Enablx offers turn-key installation, integration, and management of the Enablx CTM platform at the customer facility, becoming the “staff on demand” for its clients.

The Enablx data center can be optionally configured for overflow or disaster recovery scenarios.

Interactive Voice Response (IVR) Features
Touch Tone (DTMF capture)

Touch Tone enables a caller to respond to the automated application by entering digits via their telephone keypad.

Speech Recognition

Voice recognition capabilities include "yes/no", numeric digit strings, and short phrases. A variety of application specific vocabularies can also be developed to support a particular application, such as product names or other anticipated responses.

In-house and professional voice-over services are provided for all prompts and announcements within the IVR applications.

Data Capture

All activity and call related data is stored in the Enablx CTM database, enabling further analysis, reporting or export at a later date.

IVR Services Voice Mail


Voice Mail

This capability enables the IVR to capture information in a voice mail box which is later transcribed by the Enablx Output Services department. As with all data, transcription is inserted with the call record in the Enablx CTM database.

IVR Services Outbound Fax



Outbound Fax

Enablx CTM includes an array of fax capabilities, such as the ability to dynamically generate fax content based on requests inserted via the IVR, Web or Live Agent.  Broadcast faxing enables a single document with dynamic content to be faxed to many locations.







Text to Speech (TTS)


TTS technology is used to formulate spoken words in lieu of traditional recorded voice prompts. This method allows information that is changing constantly to be "spoken" to a caller. This data is commonly stored in the Enablx CTM database and is updated continuously whenever a change occurs. This eliminates the cost and turn-around associated with pre-recorded voice prompts.
